HireIQ is operated by Gradiante Creative Services ("we", "us"). We provide an AI-proctored interview platform for employers and their candidates.

2. Data we collect

Depending on your role, we may process:

• Account and contact information (name, email, organization)
• Interview content (transcripts, audio-derived text, responses)
• Proctoring signals (webcam frames, integrity flags, session recordings)
• Device and environment metadata collected during system checks
• Usage and audit logs for security and compliance

3. How we use data

We use personal data to conduct interviews, generate scorecards, enforce integrity policies, provide recruiter tooling, and maintain security. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.

4. DPDP Act, 2023 (India)

We aim to handle personal data in alignment with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data principals may request access, correction, or erasure subject to legal and contractual obligations. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

5. Retention & security

Interview records are retained according to your organization's configuration and applicable law. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation. Detailed retention schedules will be published in the final policy.
